Based on severity and time required. Includes careful dematting or coat reset for severely tangled coats. - Excessive Shedding/Excessive De-Shed Fee | $20–$50
For double-coated or heavy-shedding breeds needing extended brushing and blow-out time. - Extra Coat Length or Density Fee | $20–$30
Applied to dogs with extremely thick, long, or high-maintenance coats.
Late Arrival & No-Show Policy
- Late Arrival Fee | $40
Applied when arriving more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled if they impact the next guest. - No-Show/Same-Day Cancellation Fee | 50% of Scheduled Service
Charged if you do not arrive for your appointment or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time.
